My Role at BCS Wealth Management
As a Client Service Associate, I collaborate with Advisors and team members to ensure that our clients receive exceptional service and support. My core responsibilities include preparing and managing the necessary documentation for account openings and maintenance, processing transactions efficiently, and executing various administrative functions, such as handling phone inquiries and coordinating appointment schedules.
Education and Experience
I have 20+ years’ experience in customer service with 7 years as an administrative associate in Wealth Management. I am excited about applying my background to effectively support the firm and its advisors.
Community Involvement and Personal Notes
I am passionate about giving back to those in need. After the devastation caused by Hurricane Helene’s flooding, I had the privilege of serving on the Washington County Long Term Recovery Team, where I assisted flood survivors in their recovery efforts. I am always seeking opportunities to engage with and support our community in meaningful ways.
Outside of work, I enjoy riding my Harley, experimenting with culinary creations on the smoker, and spending time with my two energetic dogs, Spazz and Molly. I am part of Out of the Dark Ministry, a church plant in Jonesborough.
